Introducing Dominique Ansari! Her newest collection will be featured at Spring on the Runway! I am so excited to have her as part of the show. I love this collection as it has the "dance" element, but still offer completely stylish designs that could be worn in so many different settings.

The aesthetics of your fashion line are extremely important. Of course you have to have a fantastic line, but just below that, the photography is a huge part. I can't stress enough how important it is. Communicating something through your campaign gives readers and buyers something to connect to. Dominique did a very good job with the style and look she was going for and really conveyed that through the photographs of her line. She definitely knows herself and her line and what she wants to communicate which is fantastic!

"Dominique Ansari, Inc. is a company in the making. Dominique designs the styles from sketches, drapes them, makes patterns for them, then cuts and sews each piece her self. Everything is custom made and hand made as well." So far, her collection is amazing, and I can't wait to see what else is in store for Dominique!

Keiko Lynn, is a self-taught fashion designer who began her line Postlapsaria after learning how to sew from her great-grandmother. Each of her designs has a vintage vibe that gives each garment a certain flair. Her peter-pan collars and bows will have you looking effortlessly fabulous. The price tag for one of these pieces is incredibly reasonable as well! Shop around and you will find that every item is under $100, so you will be able to put together a summer look without breaking the bank!

Alyssa Nicole

Alyssa Nicole is an independent fashion designer from San Francisco, CA. She designed her current spring line as having a romantic and whimsical feel to it. With price points ranging in the $20-$100 range, these short and flowing dresses really are perfect for any spring occasion!

Alyssa showed her spring 2010 collection at the Chictopia 10 Social Influence Summit during New York fashion week. Her next stop is the Aspiring Couture Spring on the Runway fashion event! That's right, she will be showing off her latest spring collection on our very own runway! We are so excited to have her and her designs gracing our beautiful runway!
